How will your machine reach us?

Pick whichever suits you. This changes what we need from you and whether a box is added to your estimate.

I'll drop it off in Birmingham Unit 5, Boulton Industrial Estate. Monday to Friday, 8am–3pm. No packaging needed. You'll need: a drop-off date I'll send it with my own courier and packaging You arrange and pay for carriage both ways. You'll need: your own packaging, and to read the return guide before packing Collect and return — I already have an Aquaflame box We book the courier both ways. Your machine must go back in its original Aquaflame box. You'll need: a collection address and preferred date Send me a box, then collect and return We post an Aquaflame box with Strat-O-Cell protective packaging, then collect once you've packed it. You'll need: a business address — couriers won't deliver the box residentially. Box price is added to your estimate.

What does it need?

If you're not sure, pick the closest. We check every machine on arrival and confirm the price before any work starts.

Standard service — my machine is working Routine strip, clean, seal and test. Cell and booster checked, torch and hoses inspected. Premium service — it's not working, or has a fault Everything in the standard service, plus fault diagnosis and repair. Restoration, rapid repair or rewire For damaged machines, or older units needing obsolete parts replaced. If you're unsure, choose premium — we'll tell you if it needs this instead.

Before it travels My machine is drained of MEK and water. Couriers can't carry MEK — it's flammable and classed as a dangerous good. Machines arriving undrained are refused and returned at your cost. I understand these prices are an estimate, that nothing is charged until the work is finished, and that Aquaflame will confirm with me before doing anything that changes the price.

We don't take payment when you book. The prices here are quotes only — things can change once we see the machine. We'll send a payment link by invoice when the service is complete.
